CHARLOTTE, NC (WBTV) - The heat has been on early and the sun is quickly growing stronger in the sky.
That means we have to step up our efforts to protect our skin from the sun's rays.
Dr. Ronea Harris-Stith, dermatologist with Presbyterian Dermatology South, visited WBTV News Sunday Morning to talk about the newest and best sunscreen products on the market, as well as the hospital's upcoming skin cancer screenings this week.
Presbyterian Cancer Center will offer free skin cancer screenings at the following locations throughout the community including one Monday, May 14, 2012 starting at 6:15 p.m. Presbyterian Hospital-Main, 200 Hawthorne Lane.
