Quite a scuffle at a south Charlotte jewelry store-- robbers used pepper spray and brass knuckles to forcibly steal Rolex watches. They fought with the father and son owners, sending one of men to the hospital.
And simply an amazing story of persistence and fortitude-- an 18-year old girl is going from homeless to Harvard. She tells us she didn't want to live the life her parents did, so she works as a school custodian while she finishes her high school degree and heads to an Ivy league education.
