Arrest in local teen's death some amount of 'closure' for family.

Good afternoon, this is Maureen O'Boyle in the WBTV newsroom.

Some level of closure tonight for a local family after an arrest is made in murder.  A year after the body of Union County teenager Phylicia Barnes was found on the shores of the Susquehanna River, police in Baltimore charged Michael Johnson with Phylicia's death. 

"Based on a complete and thorough investigation…we believe that we've got the right guy," said Baltimore police spokesman Anthony Guglielmi.
