A major developing story this morning...police in Baltimore, Maryland have arrested a man in connection with the death of Phylicia Barnes...the Union County teenager who disappeared in 2010, whose body was later found in a Baltimore river.  We'll be live with more information for you.

An accident along Charlotte's light rail injured six people and shut down a major intersection.  We'll have details about what happened.
