The judge in the deadly Chardon shooting case set two important hearing dates for accused Chardon shooter T. J. Lane.
The competency evaluation ordered by Juvenile Court has been completed and the Competency Hearing is set for May 2nd at 1 PM.
The Probable Cause hearing date has also been set for 10 AM, on May 12th.
The deadly shootings occurred just before the start of classes February 27th in the area of the High School's cafeteria.
17-year-old Russell King, Jr., 16-year-old Daniel Parmertor and 16-year-old Demetrius Hewlin were killed. Both 17-year-old Nick Walczak and 18-year-old Joy Rickers have been released from the hospital.
Lane has been charged with three counts of aggravated murder, two counts of attempted aggravated murder and one count of felonious assault for the student snipped in the ear.
