CHARLOTTE, NC (WBTV) - When we think about Spring cleaning we're not usually thinking about our refrigerator.
However, the staff at Weight Watchers say that's the perfect time to give your fridge an overhaul.
Lori Pratt offered some advice during a visit to WBTV News Saturday Morning. She also shared a healthy recipe for Spinach Parmesan Dip:
Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender; process to desired consistency. Yields about 3 tablespoons per serving.
