The students in this part of the RUNDNC2012 project were asked to think about leadership. They learned about leaders who made a difference on Charlotte's Westside. And then, they created stories about the leaders who inspire them today.
Reatna Taylor is a freshman Biology student at JCSU. She was asked to create a story who's leadership inspired her. She talks about overcoming odds through the intervention of a caring teacher. Hear from that leader herself about how she embraced hard to teach students and decided to change their lives.
