The investigation is now underway into what caused the death of the Cornelius balloonist whose body was found in Georgia...his balloon crashed after a sudden storm came up as he was flying during a festival.  We'll hear from the victim's brother...as well as a skydiver who was in the balloon.

Cam Man Ron Lee will be live from northwest Charlotte where a pedestrian was hit by a car...a story that was breaking news late last night.

Rowan County Commissioners opened their meeting last night with a prayer...but it did not mention Jesus.  We'll have the latest on the ongoing controversy involving the ACLU.
