Get your rear in gear - WBTV 3 News, Weather, Sports, and Traffic for Charlotte, NC

CHARLOTTE, NC (WBTV) -  The Colon Cancer Coalition will hold it's annual Charlotte "Get Your Rear in Gear" 5K walk/run and ½ Mile Kids' Run on March 10th at Independence Park presented by Presbyterian Cancer Center.

The goal is to host runners and walkers of all abilities to help raise awareness and funds that will be invested in local area projects to help educate the public about colorectal cancer, encourage screening and emotionally support those diagnosed with the disease.
