A new story that developed while you were sleeping. An investigation into a triple homicide outside of Atlanta, GA has led to authorities zeroing in on the Queen City. Three men were stopped by police here in Charlotte. Two of them walked away in handcuffs. Cam Man Ron Lee was there for it all. He has a live report.

We're looking at the storm system that spawned tornadoes across Midwest. At least a dozen people are reported dead. We'll see where the storm is now and look at how the Carolinas may have dodged a bullet.

Plus, a Kings Mountain man is in trouble for allegedly burying a dog - alive.
