Have you heard of ACTA?

ACTA is the Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement. On October 1, 2011 the United States, along with 8 other countries signed on.

The idea is to crack down on Internet piracy and to protect copyright law here in the U.S. and around the world.

But is ACTA all that its cracked up to be? Is the treaty even constitutional?
