CHARLOTTE, NC (WBTV) - The mission of the Lupus Foundation of America is to find a cause and cure for lupus.

Money raised by the organization also helps provide support and services to those living with the disease.

Representatives from the Piedmont Chapter of the Lupus Foundation of America visited WBTV News Sunday Morning to talk about their organization and the upcoming Mardi Gras Gala fundraiser.
