Getting your diet back on track after the big game

CHARLOTTE, NC (WBTV) - Whether it's a Super Bowl party or just your next family gathering, we know there will be plenty of tempting food on the table to choose from.

Some of them could be diet busters.

Kristen spoke with NFL personal strength and conditioning trainer Steve Saunders on WBTV News Saturday Morning.  He trains some of the players who will be participating in the Big Game.

He says it's okay to snack on Sunday but there's something he wants you to do first that will help you get back on track Monday morning.
