CHARLOTTE, NC (WBTV) - The busy holiday season is over and while some people say they're relieved because it brings so much stress, others are down in the dumps.
Experts say that feeling of sadness is an actual condition, known as Seasonal Affective Disorder.
On WBTV News Sunday Morning, Dr. Jeff Gardere explained that the condition can be moderate to severe but there are five ways to tackle it.
