CHARLOTTE, NC (WBTV) - It's an art project you just can't miss as you're driving through Charlotte's South End.

Now The Design Center of the Carolinas is making a call for entries as it looks for the next artist to display his or her work on it's water tower.

The winning designer wins $1,000 plus $5,000 in class room supplies for the school of their choice.
