Why is AT&T U-VERSE refusing to reach a deal to carry WBTV?
We cannot speak for AT&T U-VERSE. What we can say is that the deal we have proposed is based on the fair market value of our programming and is similar to agreements that stations like ours have reached with other cable companies in our area. WBTV will continue to be available on other providers such as DirecTV and DISH Network.
If AT&T U-VERSE stops carrying WBTV, will I get a refund on my cable bill?
It is up to AT&T U-VERSE to decide whether or not to give you a refund if they stop carrying WBTV. We can say that we think it is wrong for you to still be paying for WBTV if you are no longer receiving it.
I have heard AT&T U-VERSE say that if they reach an agreement with WBTV they will have to raise my cable bill. Is that true?
