CHARLOTTE, NC (WBTV) - It's that time of year when turkey is all the talk. At the Charlotte Nature Museum you can learn even more about the bird we honor every November.
The staff from the nature museum brought Mr. T the turkey to the WBTV studios on Saturday morning.
He will be featured at Saturday's Turkey Talk event. Visitors can get "up close and personal" with a wild turkey and learn all about this incredible bird and why Ben Franklin thought the turkey would make a great national symbol.
The event will be held from 10am until 1pm on Saturday, November 19th at the museum and admission is $6.
