See, Click, Fix: Restaurant traffic signs

CHARLOTTE, NC (WBTV) - Following a tip from a See, Click, Fix viewer, we went to the Chick-Fil-A and McDonald's off the Mount Holly-Huntersville Road in northwest Charlotte.

The two restaurants are adjacent to one another, and you can get to one from the other through a driveway that connects the two.

Or can you?

If you're at the Chick-Fil-A and you feel like driving over to the McDonald's, you'll see a Chick-Fil-A EXIT sign.

But just beyond the EXIT sign is another sign.  It says DO NOT ENTER.

So what's a hungry driver to do?

Well, it isn't on a city street so it's highly unlikely you'd get a ticket here.

If you do decide to disregard the DO NOT ENTER sign, do beware: the driveway leads directly into the drive through lane at McDonald's.

I have contacted the Chick-Fil-A and McDonald's and we are working on seeing what might be done to help resolve the confusion at the driveway between the two restaurants.

As soon as something happens I'll let you know.
