GASTONIA, NC (WBTV) - The house sits on Lewis Road and its condition is pretty bad. The grass is almost up to your knees, if not higher. Trees and shrubs are overgrown. Even weeds could be seen coming through the window panes and doors.
So what's being done about this?
See, Click, Fix had a lengthy conversation with Gastonia's code enforcement and now that they have received our email request to send an investigator to the property and take the appropriate action if there are code violations.
We also have Bank of America involved because we're hearing the home is foreclosed and in the bank's possession.
BofA responded to our request right away saying quote, "If the property has been foreclosed and is in the bank's possession...we will have security and maintenance issues addressed..."
As soon as this problem is resolved you'll be the first to know!
