Lawrence County Sheriff Jean Mitchell said Monday that 29-year-old Jeremy Allen Underwood, 21-year-old Heather Richelle Underwood, 21-year-old Michael Brandon Osborn and 19-year-old Steven Michael Peden were arrested Saturday in the Chalybeate community and charged with second-degree theft and obstructing governmental operations.
Mitchell says the four were caught stealing from several homes after falsely identifying themselves as relief workers.
Mitchell says the four are being held in the Lawrence County Jail without bail.
