WEST ASHLEY, SC (WCSC) -

Power is back on for just about everyone after severe weather knocked out power for 2,000 people in the Charleston area Thursday evening.

Early Thursday evening, thunderstorms caused hail to rain down in areas of the Lowcountry, from West Ashey to Summerville.

Flooding was also an issue in many areas, including the Crosstown in downtown Charleston. That area was much better Friday morning.
