IREDELL COUNTY, NC (WBTV) - Sheriff's officers have arrested two men in Iredell County connection with break-in and assault.
The Iredell County Sheriff's Office recieved a call on Monday, Dec. 20, at 11:37 p.m. abnout an assault which happened at 330 Kimmon Road in Harmony.
When deputies arrived, they responded to the scene and found two victims who had been assaulted. The suspects had alread left the scene.
The sheriff's office said the suspects had broken into the home prior to the assault.
The sheriff's office tigation, he was able to obtain warrants for breaking and entering, assault and assault on a female on Steven Wayne Bosley 29, of 4228 Eck Rd. Jonesville. Detectives also charged Matthew Bosley 27, of the same address with breaking and entering, simple assault and aid and abet assault. Sgt. Schutt worked with the Yadkin County Sheriff's Office to arrest the suspects.
Our office was notified by the Yadkin County Sheriff's Office on January 5, 2011 that Steven Bosley was arrested on December 30, 2010 in Yadkin County and was placed under $1500.00 secured bond. Matthew Bosley was arrested later on the same day at another location in Yadkin County and was also placed under $1500.00 secured bond. Both are scheduled to appear in District Court in February in Statesville.
