CHARLOTTE, NC (WBTV) - Sick people, more than 1,000 of them, waited their turn for a few free minutes with a doctor at Charlotte's Convention Center on Tuesday.
With fewer jobs to go around many of our neighbors fight sickness and disease knowing if they lose that fight, they can't afford the fix.
But what they found Tuesday was a lifeline of hope. An unprecedented event. For one day Charlotte hosted the largest doctor's office in America.
