CHARLOTTE, NC (WBTV) - Terry Stowe asks everyone who isn't smiling if they left there smile at home.
Everyone usually responds to that, with a smile.
It works like a charm for Terry, who stands outside in all kinds of weather and rings a bell and dances around and often plays the harmonica too.
Most every person that passes puts money in the kettle. Those who don't, already have. Terry says he's just using the gifts God gave him to bring a little joy into people's lives.
