CHARLOTTE, NC (WBTV) - It's a silent crime.  No gunfire. No sirens.  But if you pay taxes you are a victim.

Medicare / Medicaid fraud is now one of the most profitable crimes in America.  Estimated now to total a $60 billion a year con-game.

And one FBI agent says it's so easy to get away with, a 5th grader could do it.

One Charlotte woman is accused of bilking the system to the tune of $600,000 before getting caught.
