Halloween is here…and you know what's really scary?
You not voting on November 2nd!
With so much at stake in our community, state and country...
Don't you think it'd be frightening if everyone stayed away from the polls?
Not casting a ballot will give some of these politicians – who've been masquerading for months as candidates who will make your life better -- a chance to get elected.
Now THAT'S scary.
It depends on where you live as to your ballot, but here's who's being elected: a Governor, Congressmen, State Senators, school board members, judges, District Attorneys, Sheriffs, and County Commissioners.
You may vote "up" or "down" on some referendums and bonds.

NOT voting isn't the only creepy thing that can happen...
Being an UNINFORMED voter is also kind of spooky.
Take some time this weekend to BONE up on the candidates and the issues.
It's not too late.
We don't want you to be tricked come November 2nd.
For those who have already voted - good job.
You've got the spirit.
As for the rest of us...don't be caught wearing the costume of an uninformed or non-voter.
Don't be a zombie -- after politicians get in office and make decisions you don't agree with, you don't want to be haunted by the fact you didn't make a difference when you had the chance.
