Pumpkin Dip
Yields: 16 Servings
Ingredients:
4 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup Confectioners' Sugar
½ Each 15 ounce can, solid packed pumpkin
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon ground ginger
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
½ teaspoon frozen orange juice concentrate
2 Each Pears, washed, cored, sliced
2 Each Red Delicious Apples, washed, cored, sliced
Method of Preparation:
- Wash hands and put on gloves before preparing ready to eat foods.
- Gather all ingredients and equipment.
- In a medium bowl blend cream cheese and confectioner's sugar until smooth.
- Gradually mix in the pumpkin.
- Stir in spices and orange juice until smooth and well blended.
- Chill until ready to serve.
- Serve with sliced pears and apples.
- Serve in a pumpkin for a festive centerpiece!
