Charlotte, NC (WBTV) - What Norfolk Southern Corporation had to say is going to come as a relief to drivers...and their cars.
The problem spot is Highway 160 in Charlotte. When we were out there we noticed a number of people trying to take their time crossing the tracks because at normal speeds. It was very bumpy to drive over.
After a number of calls we found out Norfolk Southern Corporation owns these tracks. When we brought the problem to their attention, we heard back from them with this response, "Our Engineering Department will make arrangements to correct this."
See, Click, Fix asked if the company could give specifics on what the corrections will be.
Norfolk Southern replied, "At this time we can't tell you how it will be fixed. That will be up to the engineers when they check it out."
