CHARLOTTE, NC (WBTV) - North Tryon Street traffic will be shifted to the median area between Stetson Drive and Brookside Lane at 9 am today. This shift is for northbound traffic only.Two lanes of traffic will be maintained. Expect delays and short term lane closures while the shift is taking place.
In addition, northbound University City Boulevard will be reduced to one lane between N. Tryon Street and Collegeview MHP Drive.
All improvements are part of the US 29/ NC 49 Roadway Improvement project. CATS should not be affected.
