CHARLOTTE, NC (WBTV) - Kids and goodie bags are two things that will never oppose each other. Monday afternoon at The Boys and Girls Club of Greater Charlotte, 200 kids were handed 200 goodie bags packed with all sorts of items needed for success.

Office Max, Second Harvest Food Bank and other charities teamed up to give out school supplies and non-perishable food items to get school started off right for some local kids.

Squeals of delight shrieked from the gym at the Boys and Girls Club. Kids all joined together for a big collective "thank-you" to the organizations that made it all happen.
