Riding Together, Fighting Cancer

CHARLOTTE (WBTV) - With its unbounded energy, its catchy name, and its goal of pulling together to kick cancer's tail - 24 Hours of Booty seems an unstoppable force.

In its 9th year in Charlotte, the 24 hour ride around the "booty loop" in Myers Park sold out in 9 days.  It's raised more than $3.7 million dollars for the Lance Armstrong Foundation and local cancer charities.  It's grown now to three major U.S. cities with the goal of reaching communities across the country.
