HUNTERSVILLE, NC (WBTV) - When Victoria Waters was born, her parents thought she was just perfect. For 4 weeks she was perfect, until doctors delivered the worst news.

Victoria was diagnosed with a rare childhood Leukemia. 6 months of Chemotherapy beat the disease, but destroyed her heart.

At 3 years old, doctors gave Victoria a new heart and a new chance at life. She hasn't slowed down since.

Now able to do the things a normal child does, Victoria and her family are going to Disney World in May. Their entire trip is courtesy of the Make a Wish Foundation.

Victoria can't wait to see Tinkerbell. Her parents can't wait to see their little girl living her life as a normal child.
