CHARLOTTE, NC (WBTV) - He's a man with an unusual name and an unbridled anger.
Late one night, in the parking lot at Dillehay Courts in North Charlotte, Ebay Bell argued with a woman, then pushed her down. One of the residents, Michael Putnam came out to see what was wrong. And that's when Ebay Bell's anger kicked in.
Police say Bell broke a glass bottle and slashed Putnam's throat. Putnam needed more than 20 stitches to close the wound. It nearly killed him.
Tonight, police need your help finding Ebay Bell before he strikes again. Can you help police crack this case? Watch my report and call Crimestoppers at 704-334-1600.
