A Company in Charlotte, NC is looking for a Counter Parts Sales. Assisting customers with their auto parts questions and needs (either in-person or via telephone). Operating a cash register, computer and paper cataloging systems and processing daily paperwork and forms. Effectively communicating features, benefits, and warranty policy information to customers. Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude as well as presenting professional conduct and appearances at all times.
Prior automotive background or knowledge, ASE (P2) Parts certification is a definite plus. Exceptional customer service and communications skills. (Both written and verbal) A Positive attitude and great personal drive. Prior knowledge of cataloging and/or inventory management systems are helpful. Salary is negotiable.
Valid Drivers License and/or reliable transportation are a must.
Both a pre-employment drug screen and background check are required.
