Good News: Classic toys still Holiday favorites

By Kristen Hampton - bio l email

CHARLOTTE, NC (WBTV) - We dug around the WBTV archive vaults and found an old story about hot sellers for the holidays, in 1975.

The story featured a "Baby That-a-Way" which simply wiggled her legs around trying to crawl.

Toys have come a long way since then. Bedford Falls Toy Store on Park Road now sells a baby doll that burps, cries, goes potty and talks... in four languages.

We found other toys from way back in the day that haven't seen much of an upgrade, but are still big items on Holiday wish-lists.
