THE SUBWAY ULTIMATE TAILGATE GIVEAWAY AT THE MEINEKE CAR CARE BOWL Contest ("Contest") Official Rules 2010. Sponsored by WBTV, SUBWAY® restaurants in Charlotte, NC (FAF market 34), and the Meineke Car Care Bowl (collectively, "Sponsors"). NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
To enter, hand print your name, complete address and daytime telephone number on an official entry form found at participating SUBWAY® restaurants in the Charlotte, NC Designated Market Area and mail to "The Subway Ultimate Tailgate Giveaway" c/o WBTV, One Julian Price Place, Charlotte, NC 28203. All entries must be received at the WBTV studios at the preceding address by 5 p.m. December 10, 2010. Limit one entry per person. Additional entries will be disqualified. No copies or mechanical reproductions of entries will be accepted. Participants must be at least 18 years of age to enter.
Sponsors are not responsible for misdirected, damaged, destroyed, or late entries. Neither the sponsors nor any of their agencies are responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or illegible entries. All entries become property of Sponsors and will not be acknowledged or returned. All decisions of Sponsors are final and binding in all respects. Entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and decisions of the Sponsors.
Winners will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries on or soon after December 13, 2010, and will be notified by telephone at the number provided on the entry form. The prize notification call must be received by the entrant, and may not be accepted by any other individual, or by answering machine, caller identification, or other electronic means. If the entrant does not personally accept the prize notification call, that entrant is forfeited and an alternate winner will be randomly selected. This process will continue until the prize notification call is personally accepted and that entrant will be the winner.
Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received and how many entrants are selected until five (5) entrants personally accept the prize notification phone call. Sponsors will award all Prize Packages.
PRIZE PACKAGES: Five (5) winners will each win one Prize Package, which consists of: Ten (10) lower-level seat tickets to the 2010 Meineke Car Care Bowl scheduled for December 31, 2010, at the Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, NC; Ten (10) special SUBWAY® restaurants Tailgate Party meals; Ten (10) SUBWAY® restaurants T-shirts; and one (1) opportunity to make a game prediction on WFNZ's Pre-Game Warm-Up Show with WBTV's Delano Little and WFNZ's Gary Williams at the WFNZ Dog House on-site at the Meineke Car Care Bowl. Approximate retail value of each Prize Package is $715. All federal, state, and local taxes relating to the Prize Package are solely the winners' responsibility. Prize Packages are not transferable by winners, and no substitutions by winners will be permitted. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize package of greater or equal value.
This promotion is open only to legal U.S. residents of the following counties in the station's viewing area: Alexander, Anson, Ashe, Avery, Burke, Cabarrus, Caldwell, Catawba, Cleveland, Gaston, Iredell, Lincoln, Mecklenburg, Richmond, Rowan, Stanley, Union, Watauga Counties in North Carolina; and, Chester, Chesterfield, Lancaster, York Counties in South Carolina who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees and immediate family members of employees of Raycom Media, Inc., WBTV, Inc, the other Sponsor(s), and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, and their advertising and production agencies are not eligible to participate in this promotion. Only one entry per email address will be accepted, and multiple entries will be disqualified. Employees of SUBWAY® restaurants, the SUBWAY® Franchisee Advertising Fund Trust ("SFAFT"), WBTV, Raycom Media Inc., WFNZ, CBS Radio, Inc., their respective affiliates and subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, or any other entity involved with this Contest (Collectively "Contest Entities"), and members of their immediate families or persons living in the same household of such employees are not eligible to participate. Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
