One thing is very clear after a series of recent town hall meetings and the September 12th rally in Washington D-C -- lots of people are mad as hell!
Are YOU one of them?
Maybe it's the proposed changes to your health care plan that has your stomach in knots.
Perhaps it's the ballooning deficit.
Or are you still trying to figure out why Raleigh thought THIS was a good time to raise taxes?
Those in charge making these decisions are here to stay, at least for a little longer.
But take heart.
Every seat in the North Carolina legislature - all 170 members - will be up for a vote in 13 months.
And... every member of the U-S House of Representatives - your Congressman - will be too.
So, we urge you -- use this next year to educate yourself on who's in office now.
Ask yourself -- how do feel you're being represented?
Who may be offering new ideas?
And who's just going through the same old - same old?
Though it sounds early, now is the time to do your homework.
It's up to you to know what the names on a ballot stand for.
One word of caution: this time when you vote for "Change," make sure it's the kind of change you want!
