A few minutes after midnight, police received a second call along the 1600 block of Eastcrest Drive.  The victim told police two men walked toward him and the victim soon heard multiple gunshots.  The victim was struck once in the arm and taken to Carolinas Medical Center.  He is expected to be ok.

At 12:24 a.m., police were called to the 2100 block of Central Avenue.  Police said the victim was robbed by two black male suspects who were armed with a black revolver.

The victim told police the suspects were in a white vehicle with "BETSY" on the tag just like the first victim reported.

A short time later, police spotted the suspects' car and attempted to pull the men over.
