Schools, school systems and major employeers who want to have their closing or delay status aired on WBTV in cases of bad weather can apply to be included using this form.

Please note - registration make take a few days. This registration covers not only WBTV, but also radio stations 1110 WBT and 107.9 The LINK. We require a minimum of 50 employees before processing your request. We strongly suggest you also set up a message line within your establishment that gives specific details about closings and/or delays. This phone number should be promoted to your employees. Then employees who question whether they need to report to work can be notified by our broadcast and then call to confirm the closing and learn other details that we may not be able to include on air.
