Dazia Lee, 20, was expected to appear in Union County Court Tuesday morning. She is charged with involuntary manslaughter and driving through a closed highway, which officials say led to the death of her son, Kaiden.

One person was killed in a car crash in Union County Monday afternoon. The crash happened in the 6400 block of Smith Town in Marshville at 2:20 p.m. Officials say the car was found in a corn maze. The female victim was ejected from the car during the crash, officials confirmed.
