Mayor’s Youth Employment Program (MYEP)
This is a relatively new program. It works with at-risk students and helps promote success in school and life. Students who are screened and selected are given pre-employment training prior to being placed in a job with a host company in Charlotte.
Usually a summer job, employment will last eight weeks.
