CHARLOTTE, NC (WBTV) - Detectives with the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department have arrested a man in connection with the city's second homicide of the year.
Christopher Pham, 21, is charged with a murder which happened on Attaberry Drive early Sunday morning.
Police say Pham shot and killed Andrew Guilfoyle who was inside a vehicle. He died at the scene.
The person who reported the shooting heard a fight outside followed by several gunshots.
People who witnessed the fatal shooting remained at the scene and provided police officers with information about the suspect.
Another person who was at the scene of the shooting received a minor injury to his finger and was taken to the hospital.
Pham is currently being held in the Mecklenburg County Detention Center.
