CHARLOTTE, NC (WBTV) - Caffeine and conversation makes a Dilworth coffee shop very popular, not just for coffee drinkers, but for one towing company.
It cruises the lot looking for cars parked in the wrong spot and business has been good.
"It's a bum deal," said Neal Agee.
Agee was forced to fork over $50 after his car was hooked on the back of a truck just minutes after he raced in for a cup of coffee to go.
The complaints and the questions are multiplying. Is the towing legal? Watch WBTV's Problem Solver Investigation, Monday, at 11.
