CHARLOTTE, NC (WBTV) - The FBI Office in Charlotte is looking for a fugitive wanted for an attempted murder which happened in Cary two years ago.

Authorities are looking for Phillip Thomas Williams who goes by the nickname "Scoob".

They say Williams shot a woman in the stomach as she was making a bank deposit in Cary in June of 2007.
