CHARLOTTE, NC (WBTV) - A Charlotte teen claims she was sexually assaulted while riding her school bus for more than a month.

The incident involved a 13-year-old girl enrolled at James Martin Middle School which is located on Old Statesville Road.

According to a report filed with the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department, the girl was forcibly fondled and threatened between Oct. 12 and Nov. 16.

The report was filed with police on Nov. 18.
