On addressed a recent report coming out of San Jose, California about two teens being attacked because of the shoes they were wearing. He also talked about the gang the "Rolling 40's Crips".
A man arrested in Charlotte on Tuesday came here from Los Angeles and is reportedly a member of the "Rolling 40's".
