WBTV 3 News, Weather, Sports, and Traffic for Charlotte, NC-Four students hurt in Union Co. bus accident

UNION COUNTY, NC (WBTV) - Four students were taken to the hospital following a bus accident involving a pickup truck in Union County Thursday morning.
The accident occurred at the intersection of Old Charlotte Highway and Rogers Road around 8:20 a.m.
Officials say the driver of the pickup and four students from Sun Valley Middle School had minor injuries and were transported to the hospital.
The remaining students were put onto another bus and taken to school.
