As vaccine shipments become more plentiful, there will be expanded options for those who wish to be protected from the H1N1 virus. You should first check with your personal medical provider to see if they are administering the vaccine. Many pharmacies and grocery store pharmacies are also expected to receive limited quantities of the H1N1 vaccine for public distribution.
Prevention and good personal hygiene can help you stay healthy this flu season. Go back to basics. Frequent hand washing, covering your cough, and staying home when sick are keys.
