CHARLOTTE, NC (WBTV) - Police are looking for a man who robbed a bank in northeast Charlotte Tuesday morning.
The robbery was at the BB&T Bank located at 8558 University City Boulevard located north of W.T. Harris Boulevard.
According to the FBI, the robbery occurred just before 10 a.m. No customers were in the bank at the time.
The man gave a note to a teller demanding cash. He never displayed a weapon, a FBI spokesperson said. No one was hurt during the robbery.
The robber was a white male in his 40s and has gray hair. He was wearing a gray shirt, yellow straw hat and had a stubble beard. He is about 6 feet tall and weighs about 200 to 220 pounds.
