    A road in Rock Hill is causing too big a splash for drivers.  So we were contacted through See, Click, Fix at wbtv.com for help.  It's a section of road where enough water has leaked that when it freezes it becomes a driving hazard.  WBTV's Christine Nelson set out to see if there was a bigger problem... Or just water under the bridge.
